The Brewery District Commercial Develoment is a mixed use commercial and residential building complex built in New Westminster BC.  Building # 3 is a conctrete and steel structure that houses commercial and office space for the overall project.

Professional responsibility for this project included steel to steel connections  for over 120 Tons of steel, structural steel shop drawing review, site inspections reviews/reports, and letters of assurance (Schedules S-B and S-C). 

Connection design team for this project included one drafter and two engineers in training under professional supervision  provided by Rafael Maldonado M.Eng. P.Eng.
